Jakarta, 3 August 2023 – PT NEC Indonesia (NEC Indonesia), in collaboration with the Center for Digital Industry 4.0 (PIDI 4.0), held a workshop on August 2 to support the development of digital talent, especially in the manufacturing industry.

Taking place at the PIDI 4.0 building in Jakarta, the workshop focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions where participants were exposed to real-world ERP applications (use-cases), helping them to understand how a sophisticated ERP system is integral to boosting business efficiency, intelligence, productivity and supporting complex manufacturing operations.  

During the workshop, NEC shared its successes in implementing projects that transform the supply chain using cloud-based ERP technology from IFS. The workshop also included visits to various demo booths hosted by PIDI 4.0’s industry partners, such as NEC.

Arnes Lukman, Director, PIDI 4.0, said, "To realize the targets and goals in the Making Indonesia 4.0 roadmap, PIDI 4.0 is actively holding various trainings to create human resources with skills that are in line with the technological transformation of industry 4.0.
